Alissa Hartley of Hollidaysburg and Kevin Laird of Philipsburg are engaged to be married.
Miss Hartley is the daughter of Joni and Doug Hartley of Hollidaysburg.
She is a 2007 graduate of Hollidaysburg Area Senior High School and a 2011 graduate of South Hills School of Business and Technology, State College, with an associate degree in the medical office specialist program. She is employed in Dr. Guillard's office at Mount Nittany Physician Group, State College.
