Irene T. Mulhollen, 97, Fallentimber, died Wednesday at Altoona Center for Nursing Care.
She was born in Bristol, daughter of the late Martin L. and Della (Keith) Hamilton. She married Glenn W. Mulhollen on June 2, 1934, in Fallentimber, and he died Sept. 11, 1981.
Surviving are nine children: James L. (Marge) of Coalport RD, Don G. (Sondra) of Tallmadge, Ohio, Bob R. (Ruth) of Glasgow, Patsy J. (Tom) Gorman of Coalport, Gerald H. (Nancy) of Van Ormer, Merle M. (Freida) of Newton Falls, Ohio, Irene E. (Clair) Downs of Fallentimber, Virginia A. (Bill) Yeagle of Manheim and Glenn W. Jr. (Leann) in Ohio.
She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Heather Bouch; a brother, Leroy; and three sisters: Genevieve Salb, Geraldine Johnson and Helen Briggs.
Irene was a member of the Hollentown Assembly of God. She had been employed as a separator at Warnaco, Altoona, retiring in the 1970s.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013, at McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow, and 1 until the 2 p.m. funeral service Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013, at Hollentown Assembly of God, Pastor Joe Hollen officiating. Interment will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Glasgow.
