Rosalyn A. O'Neill, 86, Cresson, died Sunday at home.
She was born in Gallitzin, daughter of the late Charles A. and Mary J. (Elli) Miller.
Surviving are 12 children: Pat (Marla), Larry, Terry (Jean), Tim (Joyce), Ceil O'Neill (Larry Williams), Theresa North, Mike (Kathy), Kim Olbert, Shelia Smink (Randy), Josey Blankenship (Mark), Karen Konwinski (Mike) and John; 33 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh R., on Feb. 21, 1994; two grandchildren: Angel North and Ryan O'Neill; three sisters: Margaret Illig, Charlotte O'Donnell and Bertha Riley; a brother, Alvin Miller; and two infant brothers.
Rosalyn was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church.
Friends received from 2 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013, at Charles M. Kennedy Funeral Home, Cresson, where Legion of Mary will recite the rosary at 3 p.m., followed by a vigil for the deceased. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013, at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, officiated by the Very Rev. Father John D. Byrnes.
Committal will be at the church cemetery.
