Helen Kirkpatrick, 91, Carrolltown, died Friday. She was born in Carrolltown, daughter of the late Edwin and Lucinda (Diethrich) Kline. Surviving are eight children: Rose Marie, Mildred Toth, Edward, Janet Campbell, Carol Hite, Paul, Norma Simanski and Mary Jane Grove; and 11 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rubert F. Kirkpatrick; three brothers: Pius, Paul and Regis; three sisters: Sr. M. Cornelia, Alma Stevens and Mary Hughes; and two grandchildren. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Stevens Funeral Home Inc., 146 N. Main St., Carrolltown, and 9 until the 10 a.m. funeral Mass celebrated at St. Benedict Catholic Church, Carrolltown.
