Randy L. Imler, 53, Hollidaysburg, died Saturday in Altoona.
He was born in Altoona, son of Otis F. and Constance "Connie" (Socie) Imler. He married Mary Victoria "Vicky" Swenson on Oct. 10, 1981, at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, Hollidaysburg.
Surviving are his wife, with whom he shared 31 years of marriage; his father of Hollidaysburg; a son, Jeff and wife, Ashley, of Roaring Spring; and a stepgranddaughter, Alexis.
He was preceded in death by his mother on Nov. 7, 2009.
Mr. Imler was a 1977 graduate of Hollidaysburg Area High School and a graduate of the LPN program at GACTC. He was currently proprietor and administrator of Autumn Estates Personal Care Home and was formerly employed as a paramedic and LPN. He was a member of Loop Sportsman Association and a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Hollidaysburg.
Randy was an avid fisherman and enjoyed tying dry flies and hunting with a rifle and bow.
Friends will be received from noon until the 4 p.m. funeral service Monday, Jan. 7, 2013, at Sorge Funeral Home Inc., Hollidaysburg, by Pastor Greg Harbaugh.
Interment will be at Alto-Reste Park Cemetery.
Contributions in Randy's memory may be given to Autumn Estates Personal Care Home.
