A celebration of life service for William E. "Bill" Neely, 84, Duncansville, who died Dec. 24, 2012, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013, at Hicks Memorial United Methodist Church, Duncansville. Friends will be received an hour prior to the service.
