The Rev. Dr. M. Edgar Datesman, 85, Bedford, died Monday. He was born in Watsontown, son of Fred and Mary Datesman. Surviving are his wife, Gail; three children: Darcy Windows, Miles and Daniel; two stepchildren: Mark and Lisa; and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Janet; and a sister, Eleanor Habig. He was a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home, Bedford, and 10 until the 11 a.m. funeral service Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013, at Bedford Presbyterian Church.
