Marie T. Tamburrino, 93, Altoona, died Sunday at Golden LivingCenter-Hillview. She was born in Altoona, daughter of Pietro and Theresa (DeBello) Alderisio. Surviving are a daughter, Bonita Marie Shafer; two grandchildren; and a brother, Eugene Alderisio. She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel; a daughter, Diana Joy Gross; and four siblings: Julia Savine and Pete, Jim and Paul Alderisio. There will be no visitation. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Arrangements are by The Stevens Mortuary Inc., 1421 Eighth Ave., Altoona.
