Julia Ann Longo, 86, Altoona, passed away Sunday at Garvey Manor Nursing Home, Hollidaysburg.
She was born in Blairsville, daughter of Joseph and Julia (Krizan) Lustick. She married Felice C. Longo on July 9, 1947, and he died Nov. 9, 2012.
Surviving are two sons: Bill of Altoona and Dave (Roxanne) of Danville; a daughter, Julie (Gerald) Macaluso of Virginia Beach, Va.; five granddaughters: Kyley Longo, Amanda Longo, Ashley (Brian) Tarrant and Monique and Miranda Macaluso; a sister, Dorothy Vigliotti of Pittsburgh; a brother, Joseph Lustick of Waynesboro; and 36 nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by eight siblings: Mildred Lustick, Luba Senick, Mary Senick, Katie Tomasko, Annie Allen, Rose Calabrese Debresney, Helen Ulishney Popernach and infant Eva Lustick.
Julia was a graduate of Altoona High School. She was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church and a social member of the Bavarian Aid Society and Horseshoe Seniors. She enjoyed bingo and dancing.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013, at Santella Funeral Home, where a vigil for the deceased will be held. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 4, 2013, at St. Rose of Lima Church. Committal will be at Calvary Cemetery.
