James E. Itell, 89, Portage, passed away Tuesday. He was the son of the late Raymond and Coletta (Willebran) Itell. Surviving are siblings: Eleanor, Russell, John and William; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by brothers: Paul, Robert and Raymond; and sisters: Hazel and Mary. James was U.S. Army veteran of WWII.
Friends received from 4 to 8 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012, at Serenko-Claar Funeral Home PC, Portage. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m., Friday, Dec. 28, 2012, at St. Joseph Church, Father Walter Moll, celebrant.
