Charles S. Dunkel, 63, Altoona, died Monday morning, Dec. 24, 2012, at his residence. There will be no public viewing. A complete obituary will appear in a later edition of the Mirror. Funeral arrangements are by Sorge Funeral Home Inc., Hollidaysburg, are incomplete.
