Charlotte Marie (McLain) Brua, 92, of Hollidaysburg died Friday afternoon at Garvey Manor, Hollidaysburg.
She was born in Duncansville, daughter of the late Clint and Mary (Stover) McLain. She married Orville G. Brua on Sept. 3, 1941, in Cumberland, Md. He preceded her in death on Feb. 10, 1995.
Surviving are her children: Dennis (Claudia) of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Vickie of Hollidaysburg; a sister, Carol Hrecko of Eustis, Fla.; and two grandchildren: Stacie of Port Angelis, Wash., and Nan of Scottsdale, Ariz.

She was also preceded in death by a brother, Harry "Harpo" McLain.
Charlotte had worked at Sylvania during WWII and retired as a cafeteria worker in the Hollidaysburg School District.
She was a 1938 graduate of Hollidaysburg High School.
Charlotte was a member Zion Lutheran Church, Hollidaysburg, where she was a member of the Gleamers Sunday school class. She enjoyed caring for others.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012, at Plank, Stitt & Stevens Funeral Home, 421 Montgomery St. Hollidaysburg, where a funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012, with Pastor Daren Ritchey officiating. Interment will be in Presbyterian Cemetery, Hollidaysburg.
