Ray E. Sease, 73, of Duncansville died Friday evening at his home.
He was born in Portage, the son of the late Ray C. and Elsie (Hutzel) Sease, and married Sandra L. Dunmire in 1964. She died in 1996 after having shared 31 years of marriage.
Surviving are a daughter, Tracey L. Pletcher, and husband, Scott, of State College; a son: Mark T., and wife, Elizabeth, Duncansville; and three grandchildren: Kara, Emma and Kort. He was preceded in death by a sister, Nancy Colclaser.

He was a 1956 graduate of Portage High School and a 1959 graduate of Williamson Trade School.
He retired as a self-employed brick mason.
He served in the U.S. Army. He was a Juniata Township supervisor for more than 30 years.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting and looking for mushrooms, cooking and baking to share with others.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Sorge Funeral Home, Hollidaysburg, where a service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday by Pastor John D. Leatherman. Interment at Dry Run Cemetery with military honors. In lieu of flowers, make contributions to Home Nursing Agency, Hospice of Lakemont.
