Maurice Lloyd Gibboney, 95, Williamsburg, died Thursday afternoon at his home. He was born in Williamsburg, son of Harry Lloyd and Bess P. (Walls) Gibboney. He married Bernadette L. Holland on Dec. 9, 1946, in Winchester, Va. Surviving are his wife of 66 years and two sons: John J. of rural Williamsburg and Harry D. at home. He was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Shultz, in 1996. There will be no public funeral service, and private interment will be held at Royer Cemetery, rural Williamsburg.
