Elvin F. Ingham, 82, Williamsburg, formerly of Altoona, died Sunday afternoon at Pennknoll Village, Everett. He was born in Altoona, son of James S. and Bessie M. (Gates) Ingham. He is survived by a twin sister, Elsie M. Nash of Williamsburg. He was preceded in death by a sister, Gladys A. Augustine; and two brothers: Adrian A. and Eddie L. Friends will be received from 11 a.m. until the noon funeral service Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2012, at John C. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Williamsburg, the Rev. G. Robert Wharton officiating. Private inurnment will be held at Grandview Cemetery, Altoona.
