Helen E. Baker, 90, Hollidaysburg, died Saturday at Altoona Regional.
She was born in Hollidaysburg, daughter of the late Frank and Claire (Biddle) Kratzer. She married Samuel M. Baker on Aug. 20, 1941. He preceded her in death on July 22, 1997.
She is survived by a number of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two brothers: Terrance E. and Donald; and a sister, Patricia Gundell.
She was a 1939 graduate of Hollidaysburg High School.
Helen was a licensed cosmetologist.
She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Hollidaysburg.
Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family by Father Anthony J. Legarski. Entombment will be at Alto-Reste Park Cemetery.
