Notable: Bellwood-Antis is making its first trip to the state semis since 2006 and its third overall. The Blue Devils are looking for their first trip to the state finals. ... Haden DeGennaro (sr., 44) is out after severely injuring his ankle in overtime against Delone Catholic. He had rushed for 619 yards this season. Gray rushed for 130 yards and three touchdowns last week, putting him over the century mark for the sixth time in the last seven games, all against playoff teams, with 11 touchdowns in that span. He enters the game with 1,753 yards and 27 TDs rushing. ... The Bucks last advanced to the state championship game in 2007 in Class AA. Dunmore won a PIAA title in 1989. Henzes is second in Pennsylvania scholastic history in football coaching wins. Buckley and Seamon both are 1,000-yard rushers. They've teamed for 2,664 yards and 33 touchdowns. ... Dunmore has tremendous size up front. McHale is 285 pounds, while Boland is 265, Drewes 250 and Kogerski 230. Last week was only the second time in the last 10 games in which a Bellwood opponent has managed more than 165 yards on the ground. ... Among the products of the Dunmore program are former Notre Dame and Miami Dolphin center Tim Ruddy. The Devils haven't allowed a first-quarter touchdown since week 3 and are a plus-7 in turnover margin since entering the playoffs.
