Joseph Steve Krompacky, 91, Fernwood, died Tuesday at his residence. He was born in Fernwood, son of the late James and Mary (Fudrow) Krompacky. Surviving are two brothers: Frank of Clearfield and William of Fernwood. He was preceded in death by eight siblings: Susan Skeria, Stephanie Oxendine, Julie Krompacky, Rose Krompacky, George, Fred, Charles and infant John. He was a U.S. Army veteran. At Joe's request, there will be no public visitation or funeral service. Arrangements are by Kruise Funeral Home Inc.
