Robert E. Lindsey, 68, Duncansville, went to be with his Lord early Sunday morning after a more than five-year battle with lymphoma.
He was born in Pavia, son of Betty (Burket) Lindsey and the late Clarence Lindsey. He married Janice R. Yarnell on May 7, 1966.
Surviving are his wife; his mother of Queen; two brothers: Sherwood of Claysburg and Nathan of Imler; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Bob was a 1962 graduate of Greenfield-Kimmel High School. He served in the U.S. Army National Guard from 1965-71 and retired in 2007 from Holliday Picture Frames in Hollidaysburg. He attended Foot of Ten Bible Church, Duncansville.
Bob enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and going to the beach.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today and 10 until the 11 a.m. funeral service Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012, at Foot of Ten Bible Church, Duncansville, Pastor David Huston officiating. Interment will be at Carson Valley Cemetery, Duncansville.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Western Pennsylvania Chapter, or Foot of Ten Bible Church.
