Natalie Sokira scored 11 points for the Lady Panthers, with Alexis Wolfe scoring six.
Alyssa Westner led Northumberland Christian with 25 points and the only 3-pointer in the game.
Named to the all-tourney were Cambria's Lauren Maykovich and Sokira. The tourney MVP went to Alyssa Wesner from Northumberland.
