Betty M. (Bailey) Lanoy, 89, Washington, Pa., formerly of Patton, passed away Friday in Washington. She was born in Patton, the daughter of the late Fred and Melina (Ramey) Bailey. She is survived by sons Rick and Artie; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and siblings Ken and Woody. She was preceded in death by her husband Arthur Lanoy; and siblings: Dorothy, Reese and Don. Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 3, 2012, and from 10 until the 11 a.m. funeral service on Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012, at Stevens Funeral Home Inc., 1004 N. Fifth Ave., Patton.
