Patricia A. "Patty" Harr, 80, formerly of Altoona, died Tuesday at The Lutheran Home at Hollidaysburg.
She was born in Williamsburg, daughter of Violet (Eckerd) Hetrick and raised by her grandmother, Minnie. She married Dalvin C. "Buck" Harr, and he died Dec. 27, 2008.
Surviving are four daughters: Carrie E. Rhodes and husband, Bill, of Duncansville, Vicki Long and husband, Dave, and Kathy Yarwood, all of Altoona, and Chriss M. McGinnis and husband, Dan, of Hollidaysburg; two sons: Aaron C. and wife, Cara, of Hendersonville, Tenn., and Bill Freidenbloom and wife, Kathy, of Hollidaysburg; 11 grandchildren: Jennifer, Nicole, Jordan, Jason, Chelsey, Nathan, Kyle, Miranda, Madison, Austin and Ethan; and five great-grandchildren: Brittany, Taylor, Ryan, Clarissa and Carter.

She was preceded in death by two sons: Matthew Harr in 1977 and Rick Freidenbloom in 2009; and a granddaughter, Sarah Olivia Harr.
Patty was a 1949 graduate of Hollidaysburg High School and had formerly been employed as a manager at Sherer Oil Co., Johnstown. She enjoyed all of her children and grandchildren and enjoyed going to the Meadows and the Horseshoe Curve daily.
Friends will be received from 1 to 3 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012, at Sorge Funeral Home Inc., Hollidaysburg, followed by a private funeral service for the family at 3 p.m. by Pastor Tim Guyer. Interment will be at Carson Valley Cemetery.
