Darlene LaRue Fonner, 71, Martinsburg, formerly of Williamsburg, died Friday. She was the daughter of Wilbert A. and Marie (Stevens) Nead. She married the late Ronald R. Fonner. Surviving are three grandchildren; a great-grandson; a sister, Betty Isenberg of Williamsburg; and three brothers: W. Eugene of Manchester, Conn., Robert of Altoona and George W. of Roaring Spring. She was preceded in death by a son, Jeffrey D.; and a sister, Beverly Beach. Friends will be received from 12:30 until the 2 p.m. funeral service Friday, Nov. 30, 2012, at John C. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Williamsburg.
