Michael John Glashauser, 25, Altoona, died Sunday.
He was born in Altoona, son of Michael L. and Cathy S. (Imler) Glashauser.
Surviving are his parents of Altoona; his grandparents: Frank and Paulette Glashauser of Altoona and Patricia Imler of Hollidaysburg; aunts and uncles: Jerry and Jennifer Glashauser, Pam and Steve Krater, LeeAnn and Bill Lightner, Connie and Pat Counsman and Laura Glashauser; his godparents: Patti Ross and Michael Dunio; and his godson, Gage Davies.

He was preceded in death by a grandfather, Gerald Imler; a grandmother, Marlene Glashauser; and an uncle, Richard Glashauser.
Michael was a graduate of Altoona Area High School, Greater Altoona Career and Technology Center and WyoTech, Blairsville, as an auto mechanic. He worked at Novotech Construction as a cell tower climber. He was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.
Friends will be received from 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2012, at The Stevens Mortuary Inc., 1421 Eighth Ave., Altoona, where a vigil for the deceased will be held. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012, at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church by Father David Rizzo. Committal will be at Grandview Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Central Pennsylvania Humane Society, 1837 E. Pleasant Valley Blvd., Altoona, PA 16602, in memory of Michael.
