Gladys J. (Brown) Davis, 72, Madera, passed away Tuesday. She was born in St. Michael, daughter of the late Howard and Catherine (Fuge) Brown. Surviving are a daughter, Teresa M. Gamble; a son, Harry V. Davis Jr.; six grandchildren; three sisters and a brother: Magarette Conklin, Norene Sanker, Judy Reams and Howard Brown; and her companion of 30 years, Richard Adam. She was preceded in death by a son, Rick A. Davis. At Gladys's request, there will be no public visitation and a memorial service will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are by Kruise Funeral Home Inc., Ramey.
