Xzavier Michael Weyandt, infant son of Miranda Joy Streightiff and Leo Michael Weyandt, died at birth Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012, at Altoona Regional.
Surviving are his parents of Altoona; two sisters: Kierra Marie Weyandt and Audree Renee Streightiff; his paternal grandparents, Leo R. Weyandt and Mary-Sue Weyandt; and his maternal grandparents: John Lee Streightiff, Meredith Brittney Streightiff and Kimberly June Streightiff.
He is also missed and loved by many aunts and uncles and his extended family, including seven great-grandparents.
A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
