Concerning Valley View Home. How can three people just decide to sell it when the taxpayers have paid for this?
Shouldn't this be something that should be put on the ballot for the taxpayers of Blair County to vote on?
It's their taxes that pay for it. Valley View is a good place.
The county should be proud of it and its workers .
