Josephine J. Mills, 78, Tyrone, died Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012, at Altoona Regional. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Jon C. Russin Funeral Home, Bellwood. Friends will also be received from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012, at Bellwood Church of the Brethren, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. A full obituary will appear in Friday's Mirror.
