Athlete of the week achievement: Freeman had 19 kills and 16 digs in Penn Cambria's district championship victory on Saturday, 18 kills and nine digs in the semifinals on Thursday, and 16 digs and 12 kills in the quarterfinals on Wednesday.

Season update: Freeman has tallied 494 kills and 322 digs this season for the 21-0 Lady Panthers.
