Janet L. Allison, 86, Bellwood, died Saturday at Garvey Manor Nursing Home, Hollidaysburg.
She was born in Bellwood, daughter of the late Clair and Elizabeth (Lego) Lauver. She married Albert L. Allison on Dec. 24, 1954, in the Lauver home in Bellwood.
Surviving are her husband; a son, Steven and wife, Yan, of Boise, Idaho; a sister, Judith Lightner of Bellwood; numerous nieces and nephews; and two brothers-in-law: Dale Allison and wife, Mary Jane, and Carl Allison and wife, Beverly.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Norma Etters.
Janet was a member of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, Bellwood. She was a homemaker and enjoyed traveling in the car.
There will be no public viewing or visitation. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Central Pennsylvania Humane Society.
