H. Stephen Over, 56, Hollidaysburg, died Tuesday afternoon at Altoona Regional. He was born in Altoona, son of Howard S. and Elizabeth (Molz) Over. Surviving are three sons: Zackary, Jacob and Lucas, all of Hollidaysburg; and his girlfriend, Debbie Woomer of Hollidaysburg. There will be no visitation, and a service will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by Plank, Stitt & Stevens Funeral Home, 421 Montgomery St., Hollidaysburg.
