Shirley L. Dey, 83, Presbyterian Village at Hollidaysburg, formerly of Altoona, died Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012, at Altoona Regional after an extended illness. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 29, 2012, at The Stevens Mortuary Inc., 1421 Eighth Ave., Altoona. A complete obituary will appear in the Mirror at a later date.
