Jeffrey A. Carnell, 55, Altoona, died Thursday evening at Altoona Regional. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Paul and Mildred (Mansell) Carnell. Surviving are a sister, Linda Steinbeiser of Altoona; and two brothers: Kenneth of Altoona and Paul David in Arizona. He was preceded in death by a brother, Donald. Friends will be received from 1 until the 2 p.m. funeral service Monday, Oct. 29, 2012, at Sorge Funeral Home Inc., Hollidaysburg, by the Rev. Jaime G. Olson.
