The national election may be the last free election in America. Future elections starting 2016, we may find polling stations altered due to inadequate money, disinterested people or police with a gun looking at voters' IDs. Trust of self, government officials, machine counters and media reporters is so variable that election results are considered invalid by many Americans.
If I took the inaccuracy, the exaggeration, bias or bigotry and advertising out of media reporting, there would be nothing left of value to Americans.
When I was a teenage Boy Scout leader on a competitive swimming team, my coach told me, "I can't time you with a stop watch, I have to use a calendar!" As unbelievable as it seems, this is sad, but true. If free elections of the past are questioned more the future, we might not have the privilege of free elections in the future.
