Athlete of the week achievement: Potopa was named MVP of the Bishop Guilfoyle tournament in leading the Lady Marauders to the team title. She also recorded 172 assists during the week, which included victories over Central Cambria, Forest Hills and state-ranked Bishop Carroll.

Season update: Potopa has recorded 576 assists this season and added 115 service points in helping Bishop Guilfoyle to a 13-3 record and a No. 5 state ranking in the Pennsylvania Volleyball Coaches Association poll.
