Masen Alexander Fornari, son of Shawn and Kristina (Groce) Fornari, was born and passed away Monday, Oct. 15, 2012, at Altoona Regional.
Surviving are his parents of Altoona; three brothers: Austin, Landyn and Shawn Jr.; his grandparents: John and Mary Farrior and David and Ama Harris; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by a grandfather, Barry Groce Sr.; and a grandmother, Charlene Yingling.
At the family's request, there will be no viewing or visitation. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are by The Good Funeral Home Inc., Alto-Reste Park Cemetery.
