Tyler Jenny, a graduate of Glendale High School, was recently named the Middle Atlantic Conference player of the week for his efforts on the Lycoming College football team.

Jenny threw for a 194 yards and a career-high four touchdowns to lead the Warriors to a 42-7 win over FDU-Florham this past weekend. He completed 17-of-26 passes, extending his school record streak of games with better than a 60-percent completion rate to five in a row. He also ran for a score.

The Warriors are 5-1 this season.

Morgan Moberg, a Juniata Valley graduate, contributed to the Penn Tech women's volleyball team in a recent win over Penn State York. Moberg had 15 kills in a 3-0 victory.

Rosalie Sossong, a Bishop Carroll graduate, recently finished second for the Mount Aloysius women's cross country team at the Greensburg Bobcat Invitational.

Sossong, a senior, finished third. The women's team took second overall.

On the men's side, Nick Frank, a Penn Cambria graduate, placed seventh. The team took fourth overall.
