Helen C. "Lindy" Adams, 97, Altoona, died Thursday evening, Sept. 27, 2012, peacefully at her home. Friends will be received from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 1, 2012, at Jones Funeral Home. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. A full obituary will appear in Sunday's Mirror.
