Sondra J. Rinker, 74, Altoona, died Thursday at Altoona Regional. She was born in Altoona, daughter of Walter and Viola (McElroy) Rickabaugh. Surviving are a daughter, Betty "Bebe" of Altoona; a daughter-in-law, Penny Ringler; four grandchildren; two great-grandsons; and a brother, Timothy Rickabaugh of Altoona, with whom she resided. She was preceded in death by two sons: Walter and Robert. Friends will be received from 11 a.m. until the noon funeral service Monday, Sept. 10, 2012, at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home Inc., Juniata.
