Linda J. (Daugherty) Resh, 62, Altoona, died Monday at her residence while being cared for by Home Nursing Agency Hospice.
She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Edward and Jeanne (Crumbaker) Daugherty.
Surviving are a daughter, Heather, with whom she resided; a son, Steven and wife, Susie, of Roaring Spring; three grandchildren: Benjamin, Greenlee and Jaylyn; two sisters: Sharon Weiser in Florida and Barbara Esher in New Jersey; two brothers: James in Colorado and Thomas of Duncansville; and special caregivers: Trish Nyland and Katie Ray.

Linda was a 1968 graduate of Altoona Area High School. She retired from Walmart and had worked in health care as a nurse's assistant most of her life. She was a member of the former First Lutheran Church, Altoona.
Linda enjoyed gardening, reading and do-it-yourself projects. She also enjoyed cats, horses and traveling.
At Linda's request, all services will be private with interment at Fairview Cemetery, Altoona.
Arrangements are by Sorge Funeral Home Inc., Hollidaysburg.
