A recent edition of the Mirror had an article regarding Missouri Republican Congressman Todd Akin.
Akin stated that it is "really rare" for women to become pregnant when they are raped. Oh my God! Such an asinine statement could only come from a man.
That statement is absolute proof that when it comes to any type of government decision or legislation regarding any portion of the female body, the male of the species should, without doubt, be excluded from the vote.
It is obvious from Akin's statement that some men know absolutely nothing about the female body or psyche.
Akin said he understands from doctors that rape from pregnancy is really rare.
How in the world would a doctor know what caused a pregnancy unless he was so informed by his or her patient? I would bet that these doctors he spoke of were also males.
If men were responsible for giving birth, the arguments regarding birth control, rape, or anything else relating to the female body would never see the light of day.
How many government regulations are being introduced or made into law concerning the male body? Zero.
Congratulations, Rep. Akin. You just lost yourself the election. Thank God for small favors.
