Margaret C. "Peg" "Memaw" Roudabush, 82, Claysburg, passed away Sunday at Nason Hospital, Roaring Spring.
She was born in East Freedom, daughter of the late Clair A. and Grace M. (Shaefer) Dodson. She married Ralph W. "Bill" Roudabush on Sept. 13, 1947.
Surviving are her husband of 64 years; a daughter, Brenda Marriner and husband, Scott; two sons: Ira W. and wife, Denise, and Kirk W. and wife, Vicki, all of Claysburg; six grandchildren: Christina Claar and husband, Shawn, Danyell Knott and husband, Jeremy, April Roudabush and fiance, Andrew Fencil, Kaleb Roudabush and wife, Amber, Dustin Roudabush and Jordan Roudabush; four great-grandchildren: Emily Grace Claar, Rebekah Grace Claar, Kaden Roudabush and Quinten Knott; two sisters: Iva Jean Johnston of Hollidaysburg and Thelma Bechtel of Sun City, Ariz.; her very close cousin, Erdene Young of Altoona; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by two brothers: James L. and Ira J. Dodson; and a sister, Mary Jane Gates.
Peg was the owner of Roudabush's Bakery and Market. She enjoyed baking and loved the friendship of her customers through the years. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Claysburg, Claysburg American Legion Auxiliary, Fruit and Vegetable Growers Association and Retired Public Employees of Pennsylvania, AFSCME Chapter 13.
Peg was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. She was completely devoted to her family and was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2012, at Christ Lutheran Church, Claysburg, Pastors Kaye Hute and Ron Page officiating. Interment will be at Claysburg Union Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to the Claysburg American Legion Post 22 Building Fund, c/o Mrs. Kay Burket, Carpet Depot, 12756 Dunnings Highway, Claysburg, PA 16625.
