A 31-year-old man from Irvona was killed while traveling in a Ford-150 too fast for road conditions, police said.
No one else was injured as William C. Peacock's pickup truck struck a concrete curb on St. Lawrence Road in Cambria County and became airborne around midnight on Sunday.
Peacock was ejected from the vehicle after impact with an embankment, state police at Ebensburg said in a report.
Cambria County Coroner Jeffrey Lees pronounced Peacock dead at the scene, the report states.
Patton Volunteer Fire Company and Patton Ambulance responded to the crash.
