Alice Aylene (Croft) Wisler, 96, Homewood at Martinsburg, formerly of Duncansville, died Monday at Nason Hospital, Roaring Spring, after a brief illness.
She was born in Roaring Spring, daughter of Lewis and Elizabeth Croft. She married S. Bernard Wisler on Aug. 29, 1937, in Roaring Spring, and he died Feb. 22, 1994.
Surviving are two daughters: Donna K. Jones (Dan) of Goldsboro, N.C., and Deborah E. Dick (Darl) of Hollidaysburg; a son, Gary B. (Barbara) of Decatur, Ill.; five grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by three sisters: Sannie, Kathryn and Dorothy; five brothers: Willard, Frank, Philip, Oscar and Irv; and a granddaughter, Pamela Sue Johnson, on April 11, 2005.
Alice was a 1935 graduate of Roaring Spring High School. She was a homemaker and enjoyed knitting, crafts and bingo. She enjoyed the church services at Homewood Chapel.
Friends will be received from 10 until the 11 a.m. funeral service Friday, Aug. 24, 2012, at The Good Funeral Home Inc., Alto-Reste Park Cemetery, the Revs. Gerald W. McCuller and Carol Snyder officiating. Entombment will be made at Alto-Reste Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Homewood at Martinsburg.
