Joan M. Sybert, 48, died Sunday, Aug. 12, 2012, at her home in Ashburn, Va. Surviving are her partner, Burt Hall of St. Leonard, Md.; her mother, Ethel Kimack of Patton; two sisters: Debbie Kimack of Marco Island, Fla., and Kim Kvitkovich of Manassas, Va.; and a brother, Michael Kimack of Manassas. She was preceded in death by her father, Michael Kimack. A gathering of friends and family will be held at noon with a memorial service at 1 p.m. today, Aug. 17, 2012, at Colonial Funeral Home of Leesburg, 201 Edwards Ferry Road NE, Leesburg, Va.
