Helen M. Mihalik, 91, Ebensburg, died Friday. She was born in Nicktown, daughter of George and Mary (Majoros) Vrana. Surviving are three sons: Dennis, Robert and George Jr.; six grandchildren; and two sisters: Dorothy and Betty Vrana. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Mihalik Sr.; and seven siblings: Ann Grimm, Mary Tomallo, Peggy Delarre, Agnes Nealen, Sister Mary Louise Vrana, OSF, and John and Steve Vrana. Friends will be received from 3 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Askew-Houser Funeral Homes Inc., Ebensburg. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 6, 2012, at Holy Name Church.
