Josephine M. Isenberg, 85, Duncansville, died Tuesday morning at The Village at Morrisons Cove.
She was born in Duncansville, daughter of the late Walter and Marian (Davis) Flegal.
Surviving are her husband, Donald R. Isenberg; a daughter, Sharon Magill of Maine, N.Y.; a granddaughter, Heather MacQueen (Douglas) of Maine, N.Y.; and two great-grandsons: Daniel and Nicholas.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret McIntyre; and a brother, Austin Flegal.
Josephine was a 1943 graduate of Hollidaysburg High School. She worked for many years with her husband at their confectionary store in Duncansville and then worked at Fort Roberdeau from 1990 until retirement in 2007.
Josephine was an accomplished seamstress. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed.
Friends will be received from 10 a.m. to noon Monday, July 30, 2012, at Liebegott-Brown Funeral Home Inc., 1218 Fourth Ave., Duncansville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Blair Senior Services, the Alzheimer's Association or the National Parkinson Foundation.
