Gerald Thomas Quick, 65, Brisbin, died Saturday. He was born in Philipsburg, son of Burton and Betty (Quick) Woods. Surviving are a son, Gerald L. Quick; a daughter, Tammy Steiner; and a sister, Mary Lannon. He was preceded in death by his mother. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, July 24, 2012, at Birger A. Freeberg Funeral Home Inc., Houtzdale, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 25, 2012.
