Freda Kathryn Riggleman, 94, formerly of Barrelville, Md., died Wednesday at Valley View Home. She was born in Old Fields, W.Va., daughter of Seymour and Mary Susan (Ours) Weatherholt. Surviving are three children: Norma Wilson of Altoona, James E. of Corriganville, Md., and William R. of Barrelville, Md.; nine grandchildren; and a sister, Madaline Hahn of Westminster, Md. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ellsworth L. Riggleman; a son, Robert E.; and several brothers and sisters. Friends will be received from noon until the 2 p.m. funeral service today, July 14, 2012, at Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home Inc., Hyndman.
