The Pittsburgh Pirates' Andrew McCutchen will take part in Major League Baseball's Home Run Derby slated for Monday night at Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City.
McCutchen is replacing Giancarlo Stanton of the Miami Marlins, who is out after having knee surgery on?Saturday.
McCutchen has 16 home runs and 56 RBIs this season for the first-place Pirates.
